One of my favourite client comments was:
“Wow… these don’t look anything like the ones at the grocery store.”
To which I laughed and replied:
“Well… they sell bread, butter, and milk for a living. We only sell gifts.” 😉
Modern gifting is no longer about simply sending “stuff.”
