From understanding your recipient’s likes and dislikes to choosing the right add-ons, this checklist is your go-to guide for helping you or us create a truly personalized gift that leaves a lasting impression for you and them!
Step 1: Know the Recipient
- Identify Interests: Does the recipient enjoy gourmet food (or more a meat & potato/chips & salsa kinda guy or are they someone with a refined palate), wellness & pampering (do they have the time or desire to pamper themselves), local small batch products (is this important to you or them), alcohol or not (is there a favourite treasured brand of Scotch) or perhaps a specific sport (have they recently fallen in love with Pickleball) ?
- Note Allergies: Make note of any food allergies, cultural requirements or skin sensitivities that you are aware of.
Step 2: Select the Base Gift
- Basket Type: Choose from wicker, metal, eco-friendly baskets or branded wooden or gloss gift boxes... the list is endless.
- Size Matters: Determine the gift size—small, medium, or large. Are you thinking more luxury high end items in a subtle classy arrangement or a large voluminous gift basket to make an impact on arrival?

Step 4: Custom Add-Ons
- Personal Note: Ours are always handwritten with your personal note but they coudl also be printed and branded for corporate gifting. Add a card or message to convey the reason for the gift even if, or especially if, it's 'just because.'

Step 5: Packaging & Presentation
