Not a great experience unfortunately. Our basket was never delivered and it... wasn't until we inquired that we were told. We did recieve a refund but only because we followed up, so customer service was a bit of a let down.read more

My husband ordered for next day delivery and the owner delivered 5 days later... with excuses they were closed for 2 days (no mention of this on the website).No refund for the next day delivery was given even after it was pointed out to her, she just ignored the e-mail with no follow up and kept the extra money he paid for next day delivery!Good gift baskets but horrible business practices.read more
