  • Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that the items received differ from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll either send the correct items or provide a refund for the item in question.
  • Late or Non-Delivery: If a gift is not delivered within the expected timeframe due to reasons within our control, however shipping carrier delays, weather, recipient not available on arrival, given wrong address information etc are not in our control, we’ll investigate the issue and provide appropriate compensation, including a refund if necessary.

2. Non-Refundable Situations: Please note that we are unable to offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Customer Input Errors: If incorrect delivery information or gift preferences are provided during the order, resulting in a failed, lost or delayed delivery, refunds cannot be issued.
  • Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address during the attempted delivery, a refund will not be granted.
  • General Dissatisfaction: While we strive to meet and exceed your expectations, refunds will not be provided based on personal preferences or subjective opinions about an item or the contents of the gift.

4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
