  1. Is it too early to start planning holiday gift orders?”
    For our large or custom holiday gift orders, we usually start planning and designing in early summer. Thi sway we can ensure the gift is perfectly suited to meet all requirements, stock is available and the ideal delivery dates requests and prebooked during the busy Christmas season.
  2. Can we customize the gift baskets for our clients?
    Our desire and ability to tailor your corporate gifts to match your brand, theme, or colour preferences is why we are one of the best in the business. We have been working with large corporations, small local businesses as well as charities and fundraisers creating gifts that perfectly match their mission, their story and their vision for over 30 years. Ideal brand matching, etc takes time though, and if your schedule is a little tight then we can happily offer a different individual solution.
  3. Do you offer discounts for large orders?” We absolutely do; however the discount varies on quantity as well as on whether or not the gifts include alcohol or not, etc…
  4. What’s the lead time for holiday orders?” Our lead time demands vary greatly as well as the amount of customization, product availability and quantity required. This is why we highly recommend getting in touch with us sooner than later when placing orders to guarantee on-time delivery before the holiday rush.
  5. Can we send gifts to clients overseas?” We work with 3 of the largest international carriers and are therefore happy to take care of your clients, across Canada, the US and worldwide. There are many restrictions on what can be send to different locations, even within our own country so let’s chat about the specifics soon.
  6. Can we include personalized messages or branding?” We can happily include and/or design personalized cards, branded or logoed ribbon, branded gift boxes, or custom messages to create your own personal & unique holiday touch.
  7. Are all products available during the holidays?” Limitations on product availability (local and not) are at their highest during peak shopping seasons, giving us yet another reason why we recommend booking early selections choices.
  8. Do you have budget-friendly gift options?” Happy to present you a range of gift choices to accommodate all different budget levels while maintaining the quality & variety we are known for.
  9. Can we track the delivery status of our orders?” Happy to provide you with tracking numbers as well as real-time updates for your local gift deliveries, and when our local courier services are completed
