When your clients say kind and supportive things about you and your life’s work, it truly makes you happy that they are happy… but when they are generous enough to take the time and energy to send you those thoughts in an email or note card;
it can truly make your heart sing from the inside.
Knowing your clients and their recipients are happy with a gift basket we design and send out on their behalf is something that makes my day EVERYDAY but for them to sweetly take the time to post an enthusiast WOW on Twitter makes it extra fun!
After having a bit of a struggle getting this artist his “Congrats on opening night’ gift, I was thrilled to have a ‘lil birdie’ tell me that he received it and was delighted.
*by lil bird – I mean the Twitter bird 🙂 as Monica tweeted us a shout out.
