My client explained that was our gift baskets were to help pacify her employees since they weren’t able to go on their incentive cruise to Hawaii… uummm, how do I explain to her that our gifts can’t make people forget they were supposed to be on a fabulous tropical getaway, I mean, they aren’t ‘magical baskets’ even with a spectacular bottle of wine in them.
There are so many reasons to be gifting your employees outside of regular calendar holidays, work anniversaries, accomplishment awards but nowadays help boost morale in the current climate.
