Remember back in 2019 when a virtual meeting or webinar was kinda fun, different and novel – having meeting with people online felt ‘very high tech’ and space-agey- aahhh, the good ol’ days.
Fast forward through 2020, and I think we are all just about ZOOM’d out so how do you keep it fun and interesting for your employees or clients to continue to meet, engage, learn and sell online.
We’ve done a few innovative gifts over this past few months that have been very well received by the recipients as well as our clients and I am happy to provide you some suggestions here for keeping your meetings, sales calls and conferences exciting, such as:
-quick snacks to keep energy up; chips, pretzels, popcorn, biscotti, fresh muffins
-beverages either caffeinated or not like Starbuck’s Frappuccino Beverages or Voss Lime Mint Sparkling Water, alcoholic or not like local wines, craft beers or imported spirits
-decadence with rich buttery cookies, smooth chocolates or dusted truffles
-healthy alternatives – dried fruit and nut mix, coconut or banana dried chips, whole roasted nuts
-lunch or break items such as crackers or flatbread, cheese, smoked salmon, salamis, preserves, spreads, pate and more
–TIME RELEASE wrapped gifts – little surprise gifts unwrapped at designated times during a conference, convention or even during sales call. Delight them with a special decadent treat or an individual keepsake gift or the latest product that hasn’t hit the market yet
-handheld puzzles or wooden mind bender games to keep them entertained or intrigued
These are just a few ideas for you to consider for your next virtual event while trying to educate, inform and intrigue your attendees; also keep them amused, entertained and well fed.
Looking for help with any of this, don’t hesitate to call.
Smiles,
Carole
